Terms and Conditions

1. The sole trader of ‘The AO Printworks’ is Stephen Hicks.

2. The trading premises of ‘The AO Printworks’ is Trewyn, Kestral Way, Illogan, Redruth, Cornwall, TR16 4DN.

3. All orders for professional services to be undertaken by ‘The AO Printworks’ must be placed in writing by the client. Where no written order is presented, a verbal order for work will be deemed as legally binding.

4. Any materials submitted to ‘The AO Printworks’ by the client are done so entirely at the clients own risk. ‘The AO Printworks’ will accept no responsibility whatsoever for any accidental damage, wholly or partial, or theft of materials whilst on the premises or in transit. In addition, ‘The AO Printworks’ will not be liable for any consequential loss caused by any such damage or theft.

5. Liability will only extend to work produced by ‘The AO Printworks’, and any defects as such will be rectified free of charge. No liability will be accepted for consequential use of any work.

6. ‘The AO Printworks’ reserves the right to refuse work from any client for any reason whatsoever.

7. Payment for professional services will be required on delivery/collection, unless other arrangements have been made. ‘The AO Printworks’ reserves the right to withhold goods until full payment has been made by the client. Payment accepted in cash, or by cheque made payable to ‘The AO Printworks’.
